Over the last few months I've tried a bunch of different Mono and HCI creatines and this one is by far my favorite. It mixes extremely well, you don't get chunks in your drink which is a huge positive and since it is HCI, it absorbs really well in your system I use the unflavored version and mix with my pre workout!

However, this one just clumps together, settling at the bottom of the glass. No amount of stirring or shaking seems to make a difference, resulting in a gritty texture that's hard to swallow. 3. **Questionable Effectiveness**: Given the difficulties in consuming the product due to its taste and solubility issues, it's hard to be consistent with daily intake. Consequently, I've noticed no significant improvement in my performance, strength, or recovery times, which calls into question its effectiveness. 4. **Packaging and Pricing**: While not as crucial as the product's performance, the packaging feels cheap, and the quantity provided does not justify the high price tag. A nice alternative on days where you don't need or choose not to have a serving of kaged-pre-kaged or kaged-pre-kaged Elite I find it stacks well with kaged-pre-kaged sport - one serving of that along with one or two servings of the creatine serves me well for either a 10 mile run or a 40 mile bike ride. In terms of servings, I meticulously measure and count my dosages, and my first 75-serving bottle yielded 78 servings.

I chose the "Unflavored" version because I thought it would have no flavor.... so I can mix it into a variety of liquids. But this product is NOT unflavored... it tastes like straight up toxic waste. Get the flavored version.

I lost my way for awhile and recently decided to get back on track and neck into the gym to lose some weight, rebuilding muscle and begin transforming my body one again into a healthier better version of me. I wouldn’t buy anything else! This stuff is fantastic! It mixes better than any other creatine on the market period. Yes, it’s a smaller container than mono but it is well worth it and it’s so much better! So much better! I highly recommend you give this a try if you haven’t already, you can’t go wrong. Outstanding product. This product works as described and beyond. I have found the recovery time between reps (usually 45 seconds) allows the Creatine HCl to kick in and increases my strength to lift about 20% more which is amazing. I have much less muscle soreness after my workout and faster recovery time between workouts. Since I've been using the product, my strength has increased faster and I am able to lift heavier weight each time I go to the gym. Another benefit is my feet swell less since I've been using the product. Today, a fellow gym member was amazed at how much weight I was able to leg press. I have seeing all the benefits--lifting heavier, better pumps, etc but without the dreaded bloat that keeps so many people away from supplementing with creatine. If this is/was a concern for you, I highly recommend you give this a try. The serving size is small and effective, with the option to increase with your tolerance/progress, which I love. I purchased the fruit punch and enjoy the flavor-it is subtle and easy to drink post-workout. Very happy with the HCI.

Im a creatine non-responder who responded to this. not in the sense that i got a pump from it, saw strength improvements, or was able to push out more reps. I responded energetically to it; my pulse feels stronger, my reaction time has improved, definately more pep in my step, and on some pronounced occasions i have definitely gotten out of the gym alot faster with less time lagging between sets. it so happens that im in dire those things and i have seen improvements that correspond with higher dosages. I will be using other brands of creatine hcl as the amount you get for the money just isnt there and it is pretty offensive how fast the bottle runs out. my rating is for quality only. another thing i like about this brand is that there is an unflavored option. i dont really think it is fair to criticize for the taste on here when unflavored tastes what it tastes and the buyer chooses that.

Firstly, I found out about this company when I picked up a membership at my local gym last February. I saw they 3rd-party test their products and got good reviews so I was hooked. I’ve tried kaged-pre-kaged, the protein isolate (smores and mixed with milk tastes like a yummy milkshake), and now creating HCL. 5/5 stars. I’ve noticed improved recovery and endurance with sets. Did notice some stomach discomfort the first week of taking this but after that, no issues at all. Just ordered my second container! Will def be ordering more after I run out

I trust Kaged as the provider for most of my supplements. As far as Creatine HCL goes, I’m still testing it out. I’ve done monohydrate for a long time and thought, hey if it’s more soluble, easier, and cheaper I may as well give it a shot. Jury is still out, but so far I haven’t seen any negative effects. Tastes terrible, but can’t even tell if you mix with a protein shake.

Before you buy, know that the unflavored version is exceptionally bitter. Mixing this into something is necessary unless you want to choke it down. I suggest a smoothie, as a drink mix typically isn't enough to overcome the bitterness if you take four scoops. I've seen good weight gain since using it a month ago. It dissolves well. I've had no bloating or digestive issues, although I haven't taken monohydrate to compare against. Overall, I would recommend trying this product.

After buying this product I saw the list of ingredients in it (not at all clean). Contacted customer support to ask about the “natural flavors” and about the Sucralose (so sweet my throat felt like it was burning). All they did was to give me an evasive generic answer. And about the natural flavor question, it was completely avoided and ignored. I even asked again, to make sure I was even clearer with my question, and nothing. Whoever is reading this, please don’t buy products with Sucralose or any artificial sweetener in it. Industries do this to mask the nasty flavor of a low quality product that people wouldn’t drink had they tasted it in its natural form. Some products are just naturally not palatable even when high quality. In my case, the support person mentioned that the reason they use this is to mask the undesired flavor of this creatine, which I already knew, but they do have the unflavored one at a higher price. It made me questioned why this one was at a discount. It seems Kaged learned how unhealthy this product is and wants to get rid of it as soon as possible by selling the unhealthy batch to customer (at a discount) to save the money invested in this product. But that’s just my own opinion. You know, a little courtesy from Kaged would have kept me as a returning customer (like replacing my creatine with the unflavored one), but seeing how they demonstrated to me how little they care and made me question their integrity, now I’m questioning every other product I buy from them, like the Omega 3. I usually buy 3 bottles for me, and other people that I know and I recommend Kaged to. But after this experience, I cannot trust Kaged anymore and would be looking for other reputable company I can truly trust and know they want the best for their customers.
