When will my order ship?
Shipping is fast and free. We ship orders placed before 3:30 PM PST / 6:30 PM EST the same day Monday – Friday excluding postal holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Shipments within the United States should arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments outside of the United States should typically arrive within 6-9 business days but may take longer depending on your local customs processing time. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. The tracking information doesn't always update during this phase, but fear not, it is still in transit!
How do I properly store the BlendJet 2?
Your BlendJet can be stored in a cupboard or left out on your countertop. We recommend keeping the lid loose rather than tightly closed, to allow any excess water to evaporate.
Where can I find recipes for my BlendJet 2?
We regularly post recipes to Instagram, and you can find tons of amazing recipes on our website. You can also join our incredible Facebook community to get ideas from other BlendJet users and share your own!
