INGREDIENTS

  • plant-based milk

    1 cup

  • apple cider vinegar

    1 tsp

  • flour

    1 cup

  • baking powder

    2 tsp

  • sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • salt

    Pinch

  • olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Oreos

    6

  • mixed fresh berries

    1/2 cup

  • coconut whipped cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Maple Syrup

    4 Tbsp

  • 1 serving 23 oz

    Instructions

    1. Combine the plant milk and apple cider vinegar into the BlendJet , stirring well. Set aside.
    2. Add the oil to the buttermilk mixture and stir.
    3. Meanwhile In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add to wet ingredients in BlendJet.
    4. Add 4 Oreos and mix until JUST combined. Lumps are okay! Do not over-mix.
    5. In a heated waffle iron, add buttermilk Oreo waffle mixture and close. Cool until golden brown and crispy.
    6. Serve with coconut whip cream, berries, two crushed Oreos and maple syrup!
