  • 3/4 cup milk of choice, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chopped Medjool dates, pitted (no seeds)
  1. Add your milk of choice, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the BlendJet
  2. Blend for 1 cycle
  3. Add Medjool dates, and blend again for 3-4 cycles.
  4. Serve with apple slices and enjoy!
