INGREDIENTS

  • milk of choice, room temperature

    3/4 cup

  • melted coconut oil

    3 Tbsp

  • vanilla extract

    1 tsp

  • salt

    1/2 tsp

  • chopped Medjool dates, pitted (no seeds)

    2 cups

  • 1 serving 24 oz

    Ingredients copied to clipboard

    Instructions

    1. Add your milk of choice, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the BlendJet
    2. Blend for 1 cycle
    3. Add Medjool dates, and blend again for 3-4 cycles.
    4. Serve with apple slices and enjoy!
