  • curd

    1 cup

  • diced onion

  • tomato

  • coriander

    a bunch

  • olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • salt

    to taste

  • sugar

    4 tbsp

    Instructions

    1. To make the batter, use BlendJet 2 and add 1 cup semolina, curd, water, salt and blend.
    2. Now spread some oil on a non stick tawa and spread the batter evenly
    3. Add vegetables like onion, tomato and coriander.
    4. Flip it to the other side and cook until it turns golden brown.
    5. Enjoy the veg uttapam with tomato chutney .
