14 oz firm tofu
3 Garlic Clove
1/2 Lemon
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 Tbsp white miso paste
1 tsp dried basil
to taste salt and pepper
Drain any excess liquid out from the tofu (but do not press).
Break the tofu up into small pieces with your hands and add it to the BlendJet.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides of the BlendJet as needed.
Enjoy on toast or however you like!
