INGREDIENTS

  • cottage cheese

    1/2 cup

  • greek yogurt

    1/4 cup

  • fresh lemon

    a squeeze

  • garlic clove

    1

  • ripe avocados

    1 1/2

  • red onions

    your choice of amount

  • diced tomatoes

    your choice of amount

  • 1 serving 2 halves

    Instructions

    1. Blend everything except onions and tomatoes in your BlendJet
    2. Mix in onions and tomatoes (toppings of choice)
    3. Spread into your bell peppers and enjoy!
