INGREDIENTS

  • milk of choice

    1 1/3 cup

  • mashed banana

    1/4 cup

  • coconut sugar

    1/4 cup

  • Tenzo Matcha Green Tea Powder

    1 Tbsp

  • baking powder

    1/2 tsp

  • flour

    1 1/2

  • fresh strawberries

    2 cups

  • sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1

  • vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp

  • cornstarch

    1 tsp

  • 1 serving 36 oz

    Instructions

    1. For the Matcha Waffles, add your milk of choice, mashed banana, coconut sugar, Tenzo Matcha powder, baking powder, and flour to the BlendJet
    2. Blend for 1-2 cycles.
    3. Pour into a waffle iron with oil or butter, and cook until it’s crisp on the outside.
    4. For the Strawberry Sauce, add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cornstarch to a saucepan, and cook on medium heat for several minutes, mashing the berries occasionally until they break down, becoming thick and syrupy.
    5. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
    6. When it’s ready to serve, pour the strawberry sauce over the matcha waffles, and enjoy!
