Spinach & Banana Pancakes

Easy and quick breakfast for those busy mornings with kids! These Spinach and Banana Pancakes are great for you and your kids, and it helps get the greens in without the green taste.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 milk
  • 1 banana
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter of choice
  1. Add oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to your BlendJet. Blend until oats become a fine powder
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into BlendJet and blend until very smooth
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add a little butter or oil. Once hot, portion out the pancake batter into the pan
  4. Cook until you see small bubbles forming on the top of the pancake and the edges seem dry, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
