  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  1. Add wet ingredients to your BlendJet XL Jar
  2. Blend for 1 cycle
  3. Combine dry ingredients and whisk together
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  5. Mix until it forms a dough
  6. Transfer to parchment paper and roll it out to flatten
  7. Transfer to fridge to firm up
  8. Cut into bars and enjoy!
