  • 14 oz canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped with seeds removed
  • 1 large head of garlic
  • drizzle olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • Juice of lime
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • pinch sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Remove excess skin and cut the top off a head of garlic. Drizzle with oil, wrap in aluminum foil, or place in a mini crock pot. Roast for about 40-45 minutes.
  3. Add onions to a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and roast for about 10 minutes.
  4. Let ingredients cool and add to the #BlendJet. Double-click the button to set to pulse. Make it as smooth or chunky as you prefer your salsa.
  5. Enjoy!
