14 oz canned tomatoes
1/2 small white onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped with seeds removed
1 large head of garlic
drizzle olive oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Juice of lime
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
pinch sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Remove excess skin and cut the top off a head of garlic. Drizzle with oil, wrap in aluminum foil, or place in a mini crock pot. Roast for about 40-45 minutes.
Add onions to a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and roast for about 10 minutes.
Let ingredients cool and add to the #BlendJet. Double-click the button to set to pulse. Make it as smooth or chunky as you prefer your salsa.
