  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 5 cups pumpkin
  • to taste thyme
  • Pinch salt
  1. Boil chopped cauliflower and garlic for 10 minutes
  2. Boil chopped pumpkin and thyme for 10 minutes
  3. After they've cooled, transfer soups into separate BlendJets
  4. Add salt to both, and add some coconut milk to the Cauliflower one
  5. Blend to desired consistency pour into bowls
  6. Top with pumpkin or sunflower seeds and enjoy!
