INGREDIENTS
oats
1 cup
chia seeds
1 Tbsp
creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup
honey
1 tbsp
vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
white chocolate chips
handful
coconut oil
1 tsp
Dye-free sprinkles
Optional

Instructions
Add oats to BlendJet and blend for 2-3 cycles.
To a medium bowl, add oats & chia seeds.
To another heatproof bowl or mug, add peanut butter and honey. Microwave for ~15 seconds, or until easy to mix. Stir.
Add peanut butter honey mixture to oat mixture. Add vanilla & stir until combined.
Roll dough into ball shapes and set aside.
In another heatproof bowl or mug, add chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil and microwave until melty. Stir to combine.
Drizzle chocolate mixture over peanut butter balls and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate until firm & enjoy!
