INGREDIENTS

  • frozen fruit

    1/2 cup

  • liquid sweetener of choice

    1-2 Tbsp

  • lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • chia seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • 1 serving 5 oz

    Ingredients copied to clipboard

    Instructions

    1. Add ingredients into blender
    2. Blend for 1 cycle
    3. Spread the jam on toast with peanut butter or however you like
    4. Enjoy!
