2 dill pickle
8 oz cream cheese
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
Chill metal loaf pan in the freezer.
Add pickles & brine to BlendJet. Blend for 2 cycles then strain.
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk & pickle mixture to cream cheese & continue to blend until smooth.
In a separate large bowl, whip heavy cream until firm peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, a little bit at a time so it stays fluffy & light.
Pour into chilled loaf pan, top with sprinkles & freeze until scoopable.
