No-Churn Pickle Ice Cream

  • 2 dill pickle
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  1. Chill metal loaf pan in the freezer.
  2. Add pickles & brine to BlendJet. Blend for 2 cycles then strain.
  3. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk & pickle mixture to cream cheese & continue to blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate large bowl, whip heavy cream until firm peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, a little bit at a time so it stays fluffy & light.
  5. Pour into chilled loaf pan, top with sprinkles & freeze until scoopable.
