INGREDIENTS

  • semolina / sooji

    1 cup

  • Spices like red chilly powder, turmeric powder

    as needed

  • boiled peas

    1/2 cup

  • Chillies

    2-3

  • boiling water (do not put in BlendJet)

    4 Cups

  • salt

    1/2 tsp

  • olive oil

    drizzle

  • 1 serving 14 oz

    Instructions

    1. If using frozen peas , boil it first. Bring a pot of water to boil, add the frozen peas, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until its bright green. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
    2. Using your BlendJet, grind boiled peas, chillies, semolina, curd, basic spices (mentioned in the ingredients) and water into a thick paste.
    3. Grease the toaster with olive oil or clarified butter and pour the batter.
    4. Layer it with paneer/ cottage cheese and cover it with batter.
    5. Cook both sides for 10 minutes on low flame.
    6. Your yummy no bread sandwich is ready!
