INGREDIENTS

  • cashews

    1 cup

  • water

    500 mL

  • desi ghee

    1 Tbsp

  • cumin seeds

    1 Tsp

  • grated ginger

    1 tsp

  • Rock Salt

    to taste

  • black pepper

    1 Tsp

  • Cumin Powder

    1 Tsp

  • curd

    1/2 Cup

  • Paneer Cubes

    250g

  • 1 serving 36 oz

    Instructions

    1. Soak cashews in hot water for 2 hours. Blend soaked cashews into a watery paste using your BlendJet.
    2. In a pan, add Desi Ghee. Roast cumin and rated ginger for a minute.
    3. Add in the cashew paste. Mix well.
    4. Add salt, pepper and cumin powder.
    5. Add in curd and let cook covered for 10 Minutes.
    6. Add in paneer cubes and garnish with coriander.
