INGREDIENTS
cashews
1 cup
water
500 mL
desi ghee
1 Tbsp
cumin seeds
1 Tsp
grated ginger
1 tsp
Rock Salt
to taste
black pepper
1 Tsp
Cumin Powder
1 Tsp
curd
1/2 Cup
Paneer Cubes
250g

Instructions
Soak cashews in hot water for 2 hours. Blend soaked cashews into a watery paste using your BlendJet.
In a pan, add Desi Ghee. Roast cumin and rated ginger for a minute.
Add in the cashew paste. Mix well.
Add salt, pepper and cumin powder.
Add in curd and let cook covered for 10 Minutes.
Add in paneer cubes and garnish with coriander.
