olive oil
1 cup
milk of choice
1/2 cup
salt
1 tsp
shredded cheese
1/3 cup
polvilho azedo
2 cups

Instructions
Add the eggs, olive oil, milk, salt and polvilho to your BlendJet and blend until smooth consistency.
Add a splash of milk if thick consistency and only blend until smooth. Do not ‘over blend’ because it increases thickness. Thick consistency leads to more dense, less air pocket bread.
Add the mixture into your baking dish and top it with shredded cheese
Preheat your oven at 200C or 395F
Bake for 25 minutes. Avoid to open the oven before 20 minutes
