INGREDIENTS

  • olive oil

    1/3 cup

  • Lemon

    1

  • Pine nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • garlic

    2 cloves

  • salt

    1/2 tsp

  • black pepper

    Pinch

  • Mezzetta Pitted Italian Castelvetrano Olives

    2 Tbsp

  • Fresh basil

    float to top

    • 1 serving 6 oz

    Ingredients copied to clipboard

    Instructions

    1. Add everything but olives and basil to BlendJet
    2. Blend for 1-2 cycles
    3. Add 2 Tbsp Mezzetta Pitted Italian Castelvetrano Olives and float to top with fresh basil
    4. Pulse as needed
    5. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
