Blending up a matcha-licious breakfast with my trusty BlendJet blender! These gluten-free matcha pancakes are as healthy as they are delicious. Fueling my day with a burst of green goodness!

  • 1/4 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2/3 cup cassava flour
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp culinary grade matcha
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Pinch salt
  1. Add all ingredients to your BlendJet
  2. Pour onto pan to make pancakes
  3. Top with syrup and enjoy!
