  • rolled oats

    1 cup

  • milk of choice

    1/2 cup

  • Yogurt of Choice

    3/4 cup

  • chia seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • matcha powder

    1 tsp

  • Kiwi

    1

  • Kale

    1 cup

  • 1 serving 17 oz

    Instructions

    1. Add oats to a bowl
    2. Blend milk, yogurt, chia seeds, matcha, kiwi, and kale for 1-2 cycles
    3. Pour over oats and mix
    4. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight
