  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup Yogurt of Choice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 cup Kale
  1. Add oats to a bowl
  2. Blend milk, yogurt, chia seeds, matcha, kiwi, and kale for 1-2 cycles
  3. Pour over oats and mix
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight
  5. Top with fruit of choice and enjoy!
