1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
3/4 cup Yogurt of Choice
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
1 Kiwi
1 cup Kale
Add oats to a bowl
Blend milk, yogurt, chia seeds, matcha, kiwi, and kale for 1-2 cycles
Pour over oats and mix
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight
Top with fruit of choice and enjoy!
