1 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup shredded cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp chipotle powder
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp parmesan
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp limes juiced
Pinch salt
In the BlendJet, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Store in fridge for 30 minutes to thicken or serve over nachos right away.
