INGREDIENTS
basmati rice
1 cup
Garlic Clove
4-5
mozzarella cheese
100 grams
spicy red chillies
3-4
ginger
1-inch
spring onions
3-4
Tomatoes
2
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
Salt and freshly ground pepper
To taste

Instructions
Soak Red Chillies in hot water for 4 hours.
In a blender, add them along with garlic, ginger, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes (optional) and make a sauce
In a pan, add oil, and sauté the green onion, add in the sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes and then add in salt.
Mix in boiled rice and garnish with spring onion stems
