INGREDIENTS

  • basmati rice

    1 cup

  • Garlic Clove

    4-5

  • mozzarella cheese

    100 grams

  • spicy red chillies

    3-4

  • ginger

    1-inch

  • spring onions

    3-4

  • Tomatoes

    2

  • vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

    To taste

    Instructions

    1. Soak Red Chillies in hot water for 4 hours.
    2. In a blender, add them along with garlic, ginger, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes (optional) and make a sauce
    3. In a pan, add oil, and sauté the green onion, add in the sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes and then add in salt.
    4. Mix in boiled rice and garnish with spring onion stems
