Jen Selter's Banana Pancakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup of oat milk oat milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • To taste Granola, Blueberries, Honey
  1. Add 3 eggs to your BlendJet and blend.
  2. Add 1 banana and blend.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of oats.
  5. Add 1/2 cup oat milk.
  6. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using about a 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides.
  7. Top with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free maple syrup.
  8. Add granola, blueberries or honey to taste.
