Healthy High Protein Alfredo Sauce

  • 4 oz fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 3 oz high protein pasta
  • 1/4 tsp truffle powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  1. Blend cottage cheese, evaporated, milk, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and truffle powder and set aside
  2. Cook your desired protein pasta, about 3 oz.
  3. Once cooked, strain and pour Alfredo over pasta and cook again for about 5 minutes
  4. Place more cheese if desired and serve hot
