4 oz fat free cottage cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup parmesan
3 oz high protein pasta
1/4 tsp truffle powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
Blend cottage cheese, evaporated, milk, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and truffle powder and set aside
Cook your desired protein pasta, about 3 oz.
Once cooked, strain and pour Alfredo over pasta and cook again for about 5 minutes
Place more cheese if desired and serve hot
