INGREDIENTS

  • lemon juice

    6 Tbsp

  • tahini

    1/4 cup

  • olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • parsley

    1/2 cup

  • Basil

    1/4 cup

  • chopped fresh chives

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic Clove

    1

  • salt

    1/2 tsp

  • chickpeas

    1 1/2 oz can of

  • 1 serving 9 oz

    Instructions

    1. Blend all ingredients except the chickpeas together for 4 cycles or until smooth
    2. Add chickpeas and blend again for 2-3 cycles or until it’s smooth
    3. Pour the hummus into your bowl of choice, drizzle olive oil on top, and serve with pita bread, naan bread, veggies or whatever you like. Enjoy!
