  • 4 slices ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Crack 4 large eggs into blender
  3. Add one cup of raw spinach into blender and blend
  4. Add your ham to a non stick muffin tin or silicone baking cups
  5. Pour your egg into to cups
  6. Sprinkle in your cheese, top with everything but the bagel seasoning
  7. Bake for 10-13 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
