INGREDIENTS
ham
4 slices
shredded cheese
1/2 cup
eggs
4
Everything but the bagel seasoning
1 Tbsp
1 serving 13 oz
Ingredients copied to clipboard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F
Crack 4 large eggs into blender
Add one cup of raw spinach into blender and blend
Add your ham to a non stick muffin tin or silicone baking cups
Pour your egg into to cups
Sprinkle in your cheese, top with everything but the bagel seasoning
Bake for 10-13 minutes
Enjoy!
