It’s still super hot out, so we have a few more ice cream posts and this one is a favorite. First off, because it’s PINK. Second, because it was so easy to make with the Rose Metallic #BlendJet and had the best flavor and texture combo.

3 scoops strawberry ice cream
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Blend ice cream in BlendJet
Fold in butter cookie crumble and top with whipped cream, strawberries and a golden Oreo
