It’s still super hot out, so we have a few more ice cream posts and this one is a favorite. First off, because it’s PINK. Second, because it was so easy to make with the Rose Metallic #BlendJet and had the best flavor and texture combo.

INGREDIENTS

  • strawberry ice cream

    3 scoops

  • all purpose flour

    1/2 cup

  • packed brown sugar

    1/4 cup

  • cold butter, cubed

    1/4 cup

    • 1 serving 8 oz

    Ingredients copied to clipboard

    Instructions

    1. Blend ice cream in BlendJet
    2. Fold in butter cookie crumble and top with whipped cream, strawberries and a golden Oreo
    3. Enjoy!
