Frozen Banana Ghosts

Boo! This healthy frozen banana recipe is frighteningly good. These frozen banana ghosts may be more cute than scary, but they sure are delicious! Grab your minions and get the whole family in on the fun by having the kids help create this Banana Ghost BlendJet recipe.   • 1/2 cup cacao butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered monk fruit
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 bananas
  • 12 chocolate chips
  1. Cut 3 bananas into halves, and stick a popsicle stick into each one. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Add cacao butter, powdered monk fruit (or powdered sugar), and vanilla extract to the BlendJet, and blend for 1 cycle.
  3. Dip the frozen banana halves into the white chocolate mixture, and quickly add 2 chocolate chips as the eyes. Let firm up on a plate (this will happen very quickly). Repeat until bananas are covered.
