Fall Pumpkin Muffins

Fall Pumpkin Muffins

Servings:-Whisk together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined
  2. Blend wet ingredients for 1-2 cycles
  3. Pour liquid mixture into the dry mixture in the mixing bowl, and stir (but be careful not to overmix or they will become tough and chewy!)
  4. Pour the batter into muffin liners
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 400F and enjoy!
