INGREDIENTS
flour
1 cup
coconut sugar
1/4 cup
baking powder
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
milk
1/4
melted coconut oil
1/4 cup
pumpkin puree
1/2 cup
Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp
1 serving 16 oz
Ingredients copied to clipboard
Instructions
Whisk together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined
Blend wet ingredients for 1-2 cycles
Pour liquid mixture into the dry mixture in the mixing bowl, and stir (but be careful not to overmix or they will become tough and chewy!)
Pour the batter into muffin liners
Bake for 15-20 minutes on 400F and enjoy!
