Egg Breakfast Muffins

Egg Breakfast Muffins

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • A few pieces broccoli
  1. Blend eggs in your BlendJet
  2. Fill muffin pan with all ingredients
  3. Bake until egg whites are fully cooked, 20-25 minutes
  4. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes in the pan
  5. Use a knife to loosen the muffins from the cups and enjoy!
