1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 handful spinach
1 banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
Add 1/3 cup milk.
Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.
Screw on your BlendJet lid and blend!
Add a handful of chopped-up spinach (minimal stems recommended).

Add 1 Banana.
