milk of choice
1/3 cup
Peanut Butter
1 tbsp
spinach
1 handful
banana
1
chia seeds
1 tsp
frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup
1 serving 9 oz

Instructions
Add 1/3 cup milk.
Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.
