  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  1. Add 1/3 cup milk.
  2. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.
  3. Screw on your BlendJet lid and blend!
  4. Add a handful of chopped up spinach (minimal stems recommended).
  5. Screw on your BlendJet lid and blend!
  6. Add 1 Banana.
  7. Screw on your BlendJet lid and blend!
  8. Add 1/4 cup mixed berries and 1 tsp chia seeds.
