INGREDIENTS

  • milk of choice

    1/3 cup

  • Peanut Butter

    1 tbsp

  • spinach

    1 handful

  • banana

    1

  • chia seeds

    1 tsp

  • frozen mixed berries

    1/4 cup

  • 1 serving 9 oz

    Instructions

    1. Add 1/3 cup milk.
    2. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.
    3. Screw on your BlendJet lid and blend!
    4. Add a handful of chopped-up spinach (minimal stems recommended).
    5. Screw on your BlendJet lid and blend!
    6. Add 1 Banana.
    7. Screw on your BlendJet lid and blend!
    8. Add 1/4 cup mixed berries and 1 tsp chia seeds.
    9. Screw on the lid to your BlendJet portable blender and blend your homemade detox smoothie until smooth.
