Cookies and Cream Protein Pancakes

2 chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup protein pancake mix
1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat a skillet or frying pan on medium to medium low heat.
Blend all ingredients in the BlendJet for 1-2 cycles.
Spray the skillet or frying pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour the pancake mix into the pan, creating 3 circles (or 4 if you’d like smaller pancakes/2 servings.)
Cook until lightly brown on the bottom and you start to see bubbles. Flip the pancakes over and cook on other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serve with maple syrup if desired.
