Cookies and Cream Protein Pancakes

  • 2 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup protein pancake mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Preheat a skillet or frying pan on medium to medium low heat.
  2. Blend all ingredients in the BlendJet for 1-2 cycles.
  3. Spray the skillet or frying pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Pour the pancake mix into the pan, creating 3 circles (or 4 if you’d like smaller pancakes/2 servings.)
  5. Cook until lightly brown on the bottom and you start to see bubbles. Flip the pancakes over and cook on other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  6. Serve with maple syrup if desired.
