1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
6 oz shredded carrots
1/2 small white onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp fresh ginger
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch salt
Add all liquid ingredients to BlendJet, along with shredded carrots. Blend until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients to BlendJet and blend for another 2-3 cycles, or until smooth.
Serve over your salad of choice + enjoy!
