  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 flour
  1. Add all ingredients to your BlendJet
  2. Blend for 1-2 cycles
  3. Pour into even-sized pancakes
  4. Cook for several minutes on each side
  5. Top with whipped cream, crushed pecans, and maple syrup
  6. Enjoy!
