Let’s welcome summer with this refreshing Latino strawberry cake, simply made using your BlendJet. Known as #CarlotadeFresa , it’s a very popular dessert in South America. Easy, simple, fast to make! No baking required!

INGREDIENTS
strawberries

condensed milk
1 cup
evaporated milk
1 cup
cream cheese of choice
1 block
lime
Juice of
Maria Cookies
1 bag
1 serving 46 oz

Instructions
Blend 12 strawberries with all condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice and cream cheese in your #blendjet until smooth consistency.
In a container add a single layer of Maria cookies and pour a layer of your blended mixture over, making sure the cookies are completely covered
Top with a layer of sliced strawberries and a second layer of cookies. Repeat layering. Finish topping with remaining blended mixture.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve chilled.
