Caramel Spiced Pumpkin Trifle

  • 2 graham crackers
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Add Graham crackers, coconut sugar, and cinnamon to the BlendJet
  2. Pulse until crumbly
  3. Pour into a bowl and set aside
  4. Clean the BlendJet, and get ready to prepare the next layer
  5. Add the mousse ingredients to the BlendJet, and blend for 2-4 cycles, or until creamy
  6. Into a glass, pour some of the cookie layer, then some of the pumpkin mousse, then some whipped cream, then caramel sauce
  7. Repeat until you reach the top of the glass, then top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle
  8. Enjoy!
