  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 banana
  • 3 Tbsp Yogurt of Choice
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  1. Blend up your oats to make oat flour
  2. Mix into batter and add into baking tin
  3. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  4. Serve with some yogurt and enjoy!
