oats

egg whites

Yogurt of Choice
3 Tbsp
melted coconut oil
2 Tbsp
blueberries
3/4 cup
coconut sugar
1 tsp
honey
3 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
1 serving 23 oz

Instructions
Blend up your oats to make oat flour
Mix into batter and add into baking tin
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Serve with some yogurt and enjoy!
