INGREDIENTS

  • oats

    1 1/2 cup

  • egg whites

  • banana

    1

  • Yogurt of Choice

    3 Tbsp

  • melted coconut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • blueberries

    3/4 cup

  • coconut sugar

    1 tsp

  • honey

    3 Tbsp

  • baking powder

    1 tsp

  • 1 serving 23 oz

    Instructions

    1. Blend up your oats to make oat flour
    2. Mix into batter and add into baking tin
    3. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
    4. Serve with some yogurt and enjoy!
