INGREDIENTS

  • flour

    2 cups

  • coconut sugar

    1/2 cup

  • baking powder

    2 tsp

  • salt

    1/2 tsp

  • milk of choice

    1/2 cup

  • applesauce

    1 cup

  • melted coconut oil

    1/2 cup

  • Maple Syrup

    2 Tbsp

  • blueberries

    amount of choice

  • 1 serving 31 oz

    Instructions

    1. Add all your dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together
    2. Add all your wet ingredients into your XL 32 oz. BlendJet Jar and blend for 1 cycle
    3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold
    4. Add blueberries, fold again and then transfer into muffin tins
    5. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 400F and enjoy!
