INGREDIENTS

  • luscious Ghee

    ⁠2 ½ cups

  • Besan

    ⁠2 ½ cups

  • elaichi powder

    1/2 tsp

  • sugar

    3 cups

  • almonds and cashews

    2 tablespoons each

    Instructions

    1. ⁠*Mix it up* - Make sure there are no lumps!
    2. *Roast it* - Set your stove to low flame and roast for 5-7 minutes until it’s golden and fragrant.
    3. *Flavor it up!* - Add ½ tsp of Elaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder) and roast for 2 more minutes to infuse that aromatic goodness.
    4. ⁠*Nuts galore!* - Grab your favorite Blendjet, toss in 2 tablespoons each of almonds and cashews, and grind them into a fine powder. Add this nutty blend to your besan and keep roasting until it starts to separate beautifully.
    5. *Sweeten the deal!* - Time for another Blendjet moment! Add 3 cups of sugar and grind it until it’s a fine powder. Now, add 2 ½ cups of that sugary goodness to your besan mixture and mix it well. Roast everything together for 2-3 extra minutes.
    6. ⁠*Cool it down* - Let your delightful mixture cool for about 5-10 minutes.
