INGREDIENTS
milk of choice
1/2 cup
Yogurt of Choice
1/4 cup
pumpkin puree
1/4 cup
Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp
rolled oats
1/2 cup
chia seeds
2 tsp
1 serving 11 oz
Ingredients copied to clipboard
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your BlendJet
Blend for 1-2 cycles
Pour into a bowl and add oats and chia seeds
Mix together and transfer to fridge overnight
When ready, top with whipped cream of choice and chopped pecans
