INGREDIENTS

  • milk of choice

    1/2 cup

  • Yogurt of Choice

    1/4 cup

  • pumpkin puree

    1/4 cup

  • Maple Syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp

  • pumpkin pie spice

    1/2 tsp

  • rolled oats

    1/2 cup

  • chia seeds

    2 tsp

  • 1 serving 11 oz

    Ingredients copied to clipboard

    Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to your BlendJet
    2. Blend for 1-2 cycles
    3. Pour into a bowl and add oats and chia seeds
    4. Mix together and transfer to fridge overnight
    5. When ready, top with whipped cream of choice and chopped pecans
    6. Taste and enjoy!
