I absolutely love all the blend jets I have but I do have to make an observation …. Twice now I’ve had the blades break off. I always use crushed ice but the little thing that the blade sits on needs to be tougher…. I have 5 of them and I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again. Again I love them so much!

Our BlendJet has served us very well. It has good power and the manageable size and the ability to wash it conveniently are huge plusses. ALSO, I had an issue with one of our BlendJet units. I waited longer than I should have to contact the company - assuming I would be told I was out of time, etc. I got none of that - rather, the customer service personnel promptly (without any "push-back") replaced the unit. We consider ourselves loyal customers and are happy to support this fine company.

This BlendJet was actually a gift to my daughter and her husband. They kept borrowing my lavender BlendJet - which was given to me as a gift! They use it mostly to make their grownup drinks. Truth be told, I had been looking at the Blendjet for a while because I take a supplement that is powdered and needs to be mixed with water. I have an old school (well I am Old school because I am old) blender that works great, if you're making margheritas for six, but if you just need an 8 oz glass of something blended it's just too bulky to drag out of the cabinet it lives in. You guys had a sale and while I am probably too old to get excited about Toy Story and its characters, I LOVE saving money. So now I have a very, very, nice blender that is small enough to live on my counter. First off Great blender portable blender for my protein shakes. I did have an issue with two blenders I received for Christmas, I contacted the company and they worked with me to replace those with two new blenders of my choice!! Great customer service. The issue I had was probably water getting into the USB port and not allowing it to dry all the way before charging. One unit had scorch marks and the other was rusted. I definitely recommend you dry longer. Alternate between the two so it has time to dry out before recharging or just let the battery die then fully charge.
