Post Workout Smoothie

Personal Blender Recipe

If you’re looking for a snack after your workout that is both delicious and great for you then you’ve come to the right place. This Post Workout Smoothie is low-carb, low-fat and packed full of vitamins and protein.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Almond Milk (or soy, dairy, etc.)

2 tbsp Almond Yogurt (or soy, dairy, etc.)

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Handful of Spinach

1 Frozen Banana

 

Instructions
  1. Add 1/3  cup almond milk
  2. Add 2 tbsp almond yogurt
  3. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter
  4. Screw on the lid to your BlendJet and blend!
  5. Add a handful of chopped up spinach (minimal stems recommended)
  6. Add 1 frozen banana
  7. Screw on the lid to your BlendJet and blend until smooth.

Enjoy this great post-workout snack that will keep you fueled for hours.

I am not a huge fan of spinach but want to try everything else in this recipe! Any substitutions for the spinach?
