Ingredients

1/4 cup hot water

1/4 cup cane sugar

1/4 cup instant coffee

1/2 cup oat milk

1/4 cup ice

Instructions
  1. Add hot water, cane sugar, and instant coffee (must be instant) to BlendJet, and blend for 2-3 cycles, until fluffy.
  2. Pour over iced plant-based milk, and serve!

For people with Diabetes or who don’t wish to use all the sugar in these recipes substitute sugar for Erythritol and Monk fruit or even Stevia. All 3 are natural sweetners and won’t spike blood sugar.

I’m hooked! A lot easier using my BlendJet than my mixer. I’ve used almond milk, oat milk and combo of those milks with 1% milk. Add a dash of cinnamon to the blender. Mmmm
