Blueberry Banana Blendjet Portable Blender Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 Frozen Banana - thinly sliced

1/4 cup Blueberries

Drizzle of Maple Syrup

Dash of Turmeric

 

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2  cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk to your BlendJet
  2. Add 1/2 frozen banana - thinly sliced
  3. Add 1/4 cup blueberries
  4. Add a drizzle of maple syrup & a dash of turmeric
  5. Screw on the lid to your BlendJet portable blender and blend until smooth!

Can I use a 5.3 oz size of Oikos (15 grams of protein, 0 added sugar) yogurt instead of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk! And then add half of an unfrozen banana, sliced, and 1/4 c of frozen blueberries?

Also, how much turmeric do u add to the smoothie? And can honey or stevia next replaced for the maple syrup, if needed?
