Can I use a 5.3 oz size of Oikos (15 grams of protein, 0 added sugar) yogurt instead of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk! And then add half of an unfrozen banana, sliced, and 1/4 c of frozen blueberries?

Also, how much turmeric do u add to the smoothie? And can honey or stevia next replaced for the maple syrup, if needed?
