This was my replacement due to the recall. Stoked I was able to get the same color option as my original device. The process was easy, & I believe blendjet handled this situation perfectly. I absolutely love my BlendJet2! It is very easy to use. I would recommend the BlendJet2 to anyone, especially any person who may have issues with Rheumatoid Arthritis or carpal tunnel. I have been able to blend my drinks with fruit and ice easier than any other blender or mixer I have ever owned. The smoothies taste very smooth. No lumps and the ice is fully crushed. My smoothies taste just like or better than going to the local smoothie mart in the neighborhood. I love that I can take the BlendJet2 with me since it is portable. I really appreciated the fact that Blendjet replaced my recalled one for another, absolutely free. It was disappointing that they only had 3 colors as I had purchased a special one at the time. I had emailed them about it and they replaced the one I bought for the same pattern! Really appreciate the customer service but also the fact that this blender kicks ass! I use the 32oz jar on it and it makes my smoothies or coffee so yummy. 5 out of 5 stars.

I have enjoed using my blendjet2 for smoothies. I do sometimes make mixture too thick, motor stops so I have to open lid, rearrange ingredients then re-start. Other then that, I like when I let drink sit too long all I have to do is push button to give it a stir. Very convienent.

I absolutely love the color I chose: Galaxy Metallic, though there are so many great colors/designs to choose from. The only challenge I've had is in getting the arrows to align. I wrote to the Help desk and received a nice reply with instructions. However, it still isn't as easy as explained, but I will keep trying. Overall, I am really enjoying my new BlendJet.
