I was apprehensive about trying 310. I have tried many diets with no success. This is so easy, satisfying and doesnt taste gritty like other ones I have tried. The chocolate satisfies me when I am looking for sweets. It is like drinking a nice glass chocolate milk. Nice and thick as well as creamy when I mix it with almond milk. I would reccomend this product to anyone.

My favorite is the Vanilla. I can mix it with everything from Coffee to strawberries. What I like most about the shakes is the way I feel. They seem to give me a natural well being. The mixed greens is my morning drink.
